We are not a volume-based franchise, and we are not here to offer quick fixes that leave you dealing with the same problem again later.

Since opening in June 2011, Mold Patrol has focused on one thing: helping clients solve mold and moisture problems the right way, with careful work, clear communication, and lasting results in mind.

Built on Decades of Hands-On Experience

Mold Patrol was founded by Brian Murphy, whose experience in the restoration industry goes back to the early 1990s.

Before specializing in mold and moisture mitigation, Brian worked in carpet and upholstery cleaning, water damage restoration, fire and smoke restoration, and full-service restoration work.

Over time, he saw a need for a different kind of mold company: one that would slow down, educate clients, and focus on the real source of the problem instead of simply treating visible mold and moving on.

That’s why Mold Patrol was built as an independent, specialist company. We prioritize quality over quantity, and we take pride in doing work we can stand behind.

We Look for the Root Cause

Mold is often the symptom. Moisture is usually the reason.

That is why our approach goes beyond surface-level removal. We look for the conditions that allowed mold to grow in the first place, whether that involves crawl space moisture, leaks, poor airflow, HVAC contamination, hidden damage, or indoor humidity issues.

Our goal is not to put a Band-Aid on a bullet wound. It is to help you understand what is happening, correct the underlying issue, and reduce the chance of the problem returning.

Mold, Moisture & Indoor Air Quality Solutions

Mold Patrol offers inspections, assessments, testing, and full remediation protocols for residential and commercial properties. Our work may include interior mold remediation, crawl space remediation, HVAC-related decontamination, moisture mitigation, selective demolition, and indoor air quality-focused cleaning.

For many clients, mold is more than a property concern. It can feel stressful, overwhelming, and personal, especially when health concerns are involved.

We take those concerns seriously and communicate clearly throughout the process so you understand what we are doing, why it matters, and what comes next.
